It can be very difficult to try to make money online while you are still working in full time employment. Family responsibilities and work related problems often eat into the time you have available for building your online business. One option would be to outsource some of the work but this then means you need to make much more money in order to start making a profit. It doesn't help that many guru's assume that you have all day to follow their programs.
At the Income academy membership site we have had numerous people join who have spent a lot of money on e-books and programs but have no income to show for it. This is usually due to a number of things. either they haven't had the time or the programs have been developed for users with more expertise.
In one case a member had spent over $1500 and hadn't made any money back. What they failed to realize that no matter what the program or type of site you will still need to promote it.
In one of the forums i visit recently one of the members was telling everyone how he planned to start off by building 30 sites then leaving them for a few weeks and then seeing which ones were making money. He failed to grasp the fact that having bought 30 domains he would need to make over $300 before he broke even. Despite my best efforts he maintained that he had more chance of making money with 30 sites as he did by concentrating on one or 2 sites. He completely failed to take into account that he would need to promote all 30 sites and that would take 30 times more work that on 1 sites.
You need to look for something that's quick to set up, requires very little maintenance and is easy to promote. Once these initial sites are making you money then you can re-invest some of the profit into outsourcing and take on much bigger projects. It's also preferable to make mistakes on small projects.
Before I moved onto my current projects I chose to build a number of Adsense sites. These took up very little time once they were built and I was able to promote them and update them on a regular basis. As soon as I was getting a good Income from them I was able to move on to other projects. I knew that whatever happened I had the income from the Adsense sites to fall back on.
If you are starting out or have yet to be successful take advantage of the free resources around you. Earlier in the year I combined 2 free resources with 2 monetization methods on a domain that cost me $8. This site takes less than 10 minutes a week to update. So far it's earned me in excess of $300. This isn't a huge amount but it's a regular income that could help you to move on to bigger things plus it costs me nothing and it only takes 10 minutes a week. All I used was Wordpress and Google alerts and Adsense and a Data Feed.
It makes sense to use as many free resources as possible. Every cent you save means that you will be in profit much sooner.

Gratitude is an incredibly valuable and powerful emotion to intentionally express because when we are grateful, we attract more to be grateful for.
At the end of each of my coaching club calls, I suggest my students all pause daily to go over all of the things in their lives that they are grateful for. This isn't something that should be expressed only on Thanksgiving or as a weekly Sunday prayer, but needs to be integrated into your daily lives, permeating all of our interactions.
Experiencing and expressing our gratitude does not have to be limited to to receiving gifts or favors. True gratitude is about looking deeply at our lives and understanding how truly lucky we are to be alive at this moment in time.
I think on this every night and every day. I have a huge list of things to be grateful for, as do all of us: family, friends, colleagues, students, employees, health, financial success, future successes and advancements. I am grateful when it rains (and here in the Pacific Northwest it rains a lot) because I know that's part of why the area is so lush and fruitful. I am grateful when the sun comes out (because, as I mentioned above, here in the Pacific Northwest it rains A LOT).
I'm grateful for simple things and complicated things. And throughout my day, I stop to consider other people's situations, whether they be more challenging or easier than mine, and I am grateful for the struggles I've had to endure, and grateful for the things I accomplish with ease, both, because these are the things that have made me what I am and brought me to this point in life.
Gratitude can be powerful especially if something about our life is not quite right. For instance, if your health is not as good as it could be, instead of cursing our bodies for what they are not, try being grateful for what you can do.
There's an old Irish proverb that says, 'Count your joys instead of your woes; count your friends instead of your foes.' This is beautiful. In my opinion, the key is all in what we choose to focus on.
As you begin to take notice of all that is good in your life, this gratitude will turn your life around.

Living an optimistic life is wonderful. It is actually good for your health. Being happy alters your bodies chemistry and protects you from harmful stress. Stress will increase your chance getting heart disease and cancer. Remaining happy is so important that your life may depend on it. One aspect universal to human experience is change. Change is all around us and happens all the time. This means that however bad the situation, you can find comfort in knowing that things will change.
Having positive relationships with people around you will promote your happiness. Accept people's flaws as nobody is perfect. Acceptance will get rid a lot of the conflict in your life. Consider what really matters in the greater scheme of things, and approach your life with a perspective founded in humility. Being grateful for what you've got is a great outlook to have. After all you have so much to be thankful for. People take so much for granted, but everything is lavished on us today.
Be grateful for what you have. Show appreciation for your friends and family. These are the people who keep you sane. Humans are social animals so your relationships with other people will have an effect on your happiness. Accept them for who they are. Everyone has flaws, so don't let them get in the way of functioning relationships. Accept people for who they are and you will find less conflict in your life.
Make sure to manage your time. Time is the only thing you can't get back, so write down what you want to do, and how you can go about doing them. Time management skills will give you a sense of purpose and will keep you living productively. Spend time learning new things. Improving as a person will keep depressing thoughts out of your mind as you will constantly be challenged. Learning new things will also give you exciting possibilities for the future.
Much of the information we get in our media is negative. It is exciting, dramatic, but it will stress you out. That is what it is designed to do. So regulate how much news you get. A spiritual connection is soothing to the mind. Embracing spirituality in some form can bring about a clarity of thought and feeling of peace. Managing your time is an important way to stay focused and avoid boredom and depression. The basics of time management requires setting goals for yourself. Schedule your day and prioritise your activities so you spend your time most productively doing the things you want. Achieving goals will give you a great feeling of satisfaction, so do not be afraid of a challenge.
Expressing what you feel is vital for maintaining your mental health. Don't be afraid to express yourself. If what you feel is negative, just make sure you express it in a fashion that isn't unnecessarily hurtful to others. Try expressing the next 10 thoughts you have to someone around you. You will be surprised that such honesty is appreciated and will actually strengthen your relationships.
Finally remember to laugh. Laughter is an excellent way to relieve tension that may stem from drama in your life. It will distance your involvement in your crisis and give you a better view of what is going on. Remember to laugh and apply these principles to your life every day. Living happy is an active process, so never stop learning and you'll always have a smile on your face.

Acquire Power Through Self Development
It is the natural right of every human being to be happy to escape all the miseries of life. Happiness is the normal condition, as natural as the landscapes and the seasons. It is unnatural to suffer and it is only because of our ignorance that we do suffer. Happiness is the product of wisdom. To attain perfect wisdom, to comprehend fully the purpose of life, to realize completely the relationship of human beings to each other, is to put an end to all suffering, to escape every ill and evil that afflicts us. Perfect wisdom is unshadowed joy.
Why do we suffer in life? Because in the scheme of nature we are being forced forward in evolution and we lack the spiritual illumination that alone can light the way and enable us to move safely among the obstacles that lie before us. Usually we do not even see or suspect the presence of trouble until it suddenly leaps upon us like a concealed tiger. One day our family circle is complete and happy. A week later death has come and gone and joy is replaced with agony. Today we have a friend. Tomorrow he will be an enemy and we do not know why. A little while ago we had wealth and all material luxuries. There was a sudden change and now we have only poverty and misery and yet we seek in vain for a reason why this should be. There was a time when we had health and strength; but they have both departed and no trace of a reason appears. Aside from these greater tragedies of life innumerable things of lesser consequence continually bring to us little miseries and minor heartaches. We most earnestly desire to avoid them but we never see them until they strike us, until in the darkness of our ignorance we blunder upon them. The thing we lack is the spiritual illumination that will enable us to look far and wide, finding the hidden causes of human suffering and revealing the method by which they may be avoided; and if we can but reach illumination the evolutionary journey can be made both comfortably and swiftly. It is as though we must pass through a long, dark room filled with furniture promiscuously scattered about. In the darkness our progress would be slow and painful and our bruises many. But if we could press a button that would turn on the electric light we could then make the same journey quickly and with perfect safety and comfort.
The old method of education was to store the mind with as many facts, or supposed facts, as could be accumulated and to give a certain exterior polish to the personality. The theory was that when a man was born he was a completed human being and that all that could be done for him was to load him up with information that would be used with more or less skill, according to the native ability he happened to be born with. The theosophical idea is that the physical man, and all that constitutes his life in the physical world, is but a very partial expression of the self; that in the ego of each there is practically unlimited power and wisdom; that these may be brought through into expression in the physical world as the physical body and its invisible counterparts, which together constitute the complex vehicle of the ego's manifestation, are evolved and adapted to the purpose; and that in exact proportion that conscious effort is given to such self-development will spiritual illumination be achieved and wisdom attained. Thus the light that leads to happiness is kindled from within and the evolutionary journey that all are making may be robbed of its suffering.
Why does death bring misery? Chiefly because it separates us from those we love. The only other reason why death brings grief or fear is because we do not understand it and comprehend the part it plays in human evolution. But the moment our ignorance gives way to comprehension such fear vanishes and a serene happiness takes its place.
Why do we have enemies from whose words or acts we suffer? Because in our limited physical consciousness we do not perceive the unity of all life and realize that our wrong thinking and doing must react upon us through other people a situation from which there is no possible escape except through ceasing to think evil and then patiently awaiting the time when the causes we have already generated are fully exhausted. When spiritual illumination comes, and we no longer stumble in the night of ignorance, the last enemy will disappear and we shall make no more forever.
Why do people suffer from poverty and disease? Only because of our blundering ignorance that makes their existence possible for us, and because we do not comprehend their meaning and their lessons, nor know the attitude to assume toward them. Had we but the wisdom to understand why they come to people, why they are necessary factors in their evolution, they would trouble us no longer. When nature's lesson is fully learned these mute teachers will vanish.
And so it is with all forms of suffering we experience. They are at once reactions from our ignorant blunderings and instructors that point out the better way. When we have comprehended the lessons they teach they are no longer necessary and disappear. It is not by the outward acquirement of facts that men become wise and great. It is by developing the soul from within until it illuminates the brain with that flood of light called genius.

Strengthen Your Strengths, and Hire Your Weaknesses
Some people make money. Loral Langemeier makes millionaires. She's the founder and CEO of Live Out Loud, a mentoring program that helps thousands find wealth, and she's the author of "The Millionaire Maker" series, including "The Millionaire Maker: Act, Think, and Make Money the Way the Wealthy Do". Loral was also a contributor to the highly successful book and film, "The Secret".
Loral Langemeier's passions include teaching, money, play, people, sports, dinner parties, wine, and fun. It seems just about everything is her passion. As a child living on a farm in Nebraska, money was a hush-hush subject. It wasn't right to ask for money. That's what Loral does today, though. Not only does she do it, but she teaches others to do it as well, turning some into millionaires.
Loral believes that you can turn anything into a profitable business. She sees people every day who perform services for free. Can you write? Why not get paid for it? Can you paint? Building a very successful business requires you to hit the ground running. You can't do that if you're bogged down in the details because you don't know what you're doing.
If you're just starting out, you can't afford to hire an entire staff, but you should still start with a couple of key multi-tasking people. Can't do taxes? Hire a seasonal accountant. Not a people person? Find someone who can handle both your HR and Marketing departments. The most important thing to remember is that if something is worth doing, it's worth being paid well to do. You'll be able to afford a staff in no time.
Your regular life can get bogged down just as quickly as your business can. You need space to breathe and focus on your passions. Remove all non-essential tasks from your day. Hire someone to do the tasks you don't have time to do. The faster your business is up and running, the faster you'll be able to spend quality time with those you love.

How to Create a Manifestation Poster
One of the most potent tools at your disposal when working with the Law of Attraction is a poster with your desires that you can hang on your wall. The reason for this is easy - any subconscious reminder of your goal that you will see day after day will further enforce your intent to the universe. So exactly what is a manifestation poster and how do you make one?
The easiest way to go about this is to buy yourself a nice large piece of poster board of whatever size you want to use. I prefer to use colored poster board, rather than basic white, but that's up to you. Now gather together some old magazines or newspapers you have lying around and begin to look for pictures. You want pictures that depict what it is that you wish to attract. For instance, if you want a red convertible, find a picture of exactly the model you desire and cut it out. Make sure your pictures are as close to exact as you can get, as this will really affect the outcome. Magazines, newspapers, and your own real photos are all great sources for pictures and ideas.
Once you have collected all of the pictures you want to use, paste them to the poster board. You may wish to write under each one your actual intention, so if you want a new house and you paste a picture of a new house that you want, write "My New House" underneath the picture in a nice black marker. How you put them together is up to you - straight? Angled? Collage-style? It doesn't make any difference, just so long as your goals are represented in the pictures on your poster. You may find that you need more than one poster to hold all of the things you want to manifest!
Once your poster is complete, mount it in a place where you will see it frequently. Perhaps on a cubicle wall, in a hallway, on the back of your bathroom door - anywhere you will see the picture daily. When you think about it, stop and examine your poster and think about your goals, while feeling charged about what you have coming your way. However, even if you forget and never look at the poster again, as you pass it each day, it will register subconsciously. The subconscious is more powerful than the conscious - manifestation happens easiest when the subconscious is on board rather than fighting. A poster is an excellent way of bypassing your subconscious resistance.
Most of all, when you look at your poster you should feel happy. You should feel expectant about the things that you are bringing into. This is probably the most important part of your poster - if it stirs up excitement in you, it will help you to manifest your goals very quickly. When combining this practice with a daily routine of visualizing yourself with your desires, you may find that you are manifesting far more quickly than you even thought possible!

The Value of Residual Income
When you make money, but there is no direct connection between your current income and the work you do - you are receiving residual income. This kind of money is generated with the help of assignments (like sales) that are repeated on a continuous basis. For instance, affiliate marketing is an example of this, as it involves the process of an individual placing ads for a product that is situated on a parent Internet site. When a client activates an ad on the affiliate's site and purchases the product - the affiliate receives commission. This is a procedure that continues to take place over time. When an affiliate is linked to more than one parent site, they soon experience a growth in residual income.
Yet another way of generating residual income is to sell your e-books and articles to someone else who can then rename them, put them on their own website and resell them. This is known as private label marketing and again you can do the same thing over and over and continue earning income. The Path to Financial Freedom
Contrary to popular belief, Financial Freedom isn't a complicated subject to figure out. It's quite simple actually. So if it's simple, why aren't more and more people financially free? Great Question!
Financial Freedom is not at all complicated you don't need to be extra smart, or extra tall, or extra talented to get there. All you need to do is learn the simple but effective & powerful knowledge that is necessary to move you towards and keep you moving towards your goal of Financial Freedom.
People concentrate more and more on "getting another degree" or "getting a second job" so that they can increase their income. They tend to think that the more complex you are and the more information you have, the more money you'll make.
It's actually quite the opposite. The more complex you make things, the less of a chance you'll have to be financially free. All it requires is to know certain key pieces of knowledge, and apply that knowledge in your life. If you don't get it right the first try, do it again and again until you do.
Now, there are 6 Different Principles that will put you on the right path:
1. Know specifically what you want. The more specific your goals are, the easier it will be for you to visualize them and focus on them.
2. The Right Mindset. If you want to grow your income, you have to grow yourself and your mind so that you can handle the extra money!
3. Find the Right Vehicle. If your goal is to be financially independent in less than five years, you will have to find the vehicle that will enable you to do that.
4. Equip Yourself With the Tools & Skills Necessary. If you want to fix a car, you will first need to learn the process and then get equipped with the proper tools necessary to do so. Fixing your financial situation follows the same guidelines.
5. Apply what you've learned. Just knowing what to do isn't enough. You must take action and apply everything that you've learned to get to your desired goal.
6. Consistency. You have to be willing to take the appropriate actions for every day of every week of every month of every year for however many years it takes to get to your desired goal.
If you apply these principles in your life, and be consistent with them, you will notice a change that will surpass even your own expectations.
